In 2024, Guangdong Singbon New Materials Co., Ltd. was established to spearhead the development of the Singbon Huizhou Industrial Park. The park covers a total area of 80,000 m² and is being developed in two phases. Phase I represents a total investment of RMB 800 million, covering 40,000 m², with the main construction including an integrated production facility with an annual capacity of 160,000 tons of polyester polyols and 200,000 tons of TPU. The production processes and efficiency are among the most advanced in China, with the goal of establishing a first-class industrial park in the country. The facility is scheduled for completion and commissioning in 2026. Upon reaching full production capacity, the annual output will reach 180,000 tons, with an estimated annual output value exceeding RMB 2 billion.
In 2021, the company invested RMB 240 million to build the Singbon Yantai Industrial Park, with the goal of establishing an industry-leading smart factory system. The park covers an area of 65,000 m² and includes one office building and three standardized production workshops. To date, the entire park has achieved full intelligent network coverage and employs a smart energy management system, distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities, and air-source heat pump units to realize comprehensive and efficient utilization of energy. The Yantai Industrial Park is now fully operational, with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons and an annual output value exceeding RMB 1 billion.
With the strategic deployment of two major modern industrial bases in Huizhou and Yantai, Singbon New Materials has formed a new industrial landscape featuring "coordinated development between the north and the south, driven by dual hubs," creating strong momentum that radiates across China and reaches out to the global market.
