Singbon Cup 2025 Staff Badminton Tournament – A Sizzling Summer Event!

"Shuttlecock Together, Spirit Soaring" – In celebration of the 100th anniversary of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and to enrich the cultural and sports life of employees while meeting their diverse and personalized fitness needs, the 2025 "July 1st" – "Singbon Cup" City-Wide Staff Badminton Tournament was proudly held at the National Fitness Activity Center. The event was hosted by the Qixia City Federation of Trade Unions and the Qixia Bureau of Education and Sports, and organized by the Qixia Workers' Cultural Palace and Singbon New Materials (Shandong) Co., Ltd. A total of 35 teams consisting of over 140 athletes from government agencies, public institutions, and enterprises across the city gathered together to compete passionately on the badminton court, igniting the vibrant summer with their energy and dedication. This event was generously sponsored by Singbon New Materials.

This competition features six categories: Mixed Team, Men's Singles (Group A and Group B), Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, and Women's Doubles. The tournament follows the Badminton Competition Rules as most recently approved by the Chinese Badminton Association. The competition is divided into two stages: the first stage consists of group round-robin matches, followed by the second stage of cross-elimination knockouts, with the top six finishers in each category ultimately recognized. On the court, the players were full of fighting spirit, swinging their rackets with passion and agility—now leaping lightly, now smashing with explosive power. The shuttlecock traced graceful arcs through the air, drawing rounds of enthusiastic applause from the audience.

The hosting of this badminton tournament showcased the competitive spirit and positive attitude of determination, hard work, and proactive progress. Participants expressed that they would channel the energy and drive gained from the tournament into their work and daily endeavors, and integrate the sense of teamwork, the ambition to strive for excellence, and the tenacity to never give up—all inspired by the matches—into their practical work practices.
